Order & Service Policy



At ES Mobile Audio, we work hard to provide quality products and service to every customer. Due to the custom nature of many of our products and the high volume of orders we process, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and issue refunds at our discretion.


We will not tolerate:


  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward our staff
  • Excessive public bashing or defamatory comments
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or suspicious activity
  • Repeated misuse of customer service communication



Orders may be canceled and refunded if we feel a transaction is not in the best interest of our business or staff.


By placing an order with ES Mobile Audio, customers agree to these terms and understand that processing and shipping times may vary depending on workload, inventory, custom fabrication, holidays, or supplier delays.

1. Custom Orders



  • Most of our products are built to order and tailored to your specifications.
  • Once production begins, all sales are considered final.




2. Payment



  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Returns & Refunds



  • Because products are custom made, we cannot accept general returns or cancellations.

  • Once your product leaves our shop, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.

5. Warranty

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Products should only be installed by qualified individuals. Improper installation may void warranty.




7. Governing Law



  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bowie County, Texas.
